About this role

Answering customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail and support Sales, Labs and Project Management in the customer communicationInitiating lab cost estimations, monitoring deadlines and follow-up as base for quotationsPreparation and sending of quotations and order confirmations including follow-up communication with customersArranging prepayments, invoices and credit notes for laboratory testing, marketability, production monitoring, document deposits and routine inspections.Maintenance of ERP data including customer, contact and product dataContribute to continues improvement of process flows and interfaces between the different functions and support the development of the ERP-SystemSending test reports and certificates to clientsWorking closely with Sales Executives in the inquiry and quotation phaseProviding active support to Sales, Marketing, Certification, Labs, Project Management and Accounting in the clarification of internal and external issues within the scope of the tasks listed above.Processing dunningAssisting in the telephone service in the absence of the responsible switchboard personThe current Management Hand Book is used as a basis. Completed commercial apprenticeship "Kaufmann / -Frau EFZ" or at least 3 years of experience in a similar positionMinimum 3 years proven experience in a similar fieldAbility to communicate well with all organizational levels of our customersMS-Office skills and ERP skillsFluent English and German and French as an advantageAnalytical, structured way of thinking and actingSocial skills
