Location: Ashtabula or Ohio or Indiana or West Virginia or Kentucky or Virginia or North Carolina or South Carolina. Role: inspecting construction, testing materials, preparing reports Requirements: Perform field construction inspection and materials testing for water/wastewater plants and water mains; maintain project records; lift up to 50 lbs; acceptable driving record; high school or technical/college education preferred; ACI Grade I preferred.
