Join our Vienna-based team and get involved in developing and executing high-quality analytical testing strategies. You’ll work hands-on with advanced systems like TECAN and HPLC, contributing to pharmaceutical innovation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot ELISA methods using the TECAN systemPerform in-process sample testing and activity-based assaysAnalyze of process development samples via HPLC and other analytical platformsPrepare and review scientific documentation (validation protocols, reports) in EnglishConduct secondary reviews of analytical data (ELISA, HPLC, electrophoresis, protein/activity assays)Maintain and oversee TECAN instrumentationSupport inventory and asset database management
What You Bring

Qualifications:
Degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Food ChemistryExperience in regulated lab environments (pharma or biotech preferred)Proficiency in ELISA, HPLC, and electrophoresis techniquesHands-on experience with TECAN systemsStrong problem-solving and method troubleshooting skillsExcellent scientific writing and documentation abilitiesIndependent planning and communication skills (PowerPoint, reports, protocols)Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)A collaborative mindset and openness to working across international teams
