About this role
The MHE OPERATOR Trainer works with minimum supervision to train and cross train Team Members to operate forklift equipment and machines in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for conducting daily classroom testing, video, and hands on forklift driving evaluations. The MHE OPERATOR Trainer must be able to exhibit, adhere, and teach safe operating procedures. The Material Handler Trainer must be flexible with schedule to work various shift schedules day or night as planned by the Operations Manager. The Material Handler Trainer is accountable for their trainee’s equipment certification/competency and training documentation.
