About this role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing entry- to mid-level recruitment across various departments across Macmillan Trade and Shared Services, including, but not limited to Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Publicity, and Operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing a diverse slate of talent, building a positive candidate experience, innovating existing processes, and cultivating deep relationships with hiring managers. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring teams as a recruitment consultant, while ensuring every applicant receives an empathetic, world-class candidate experience.
