About this role
Assist in the implementation and execution of all in-arena activities including but not limited to: promotions on and off the ice, anthems, pre and/or post-game preparation, intermission entertainment, handouts, chants and cheers, and mascot duties for the Rochester Americans. Serve as an Amerks ambassador by greeting fans, answering questions, and creating a positive experience from entry to exit.
