About this role
Strategic Improvement Specialist will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving business transformation. Reporting to the continuous improvement manager, will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and deliver actionable solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Internal Consulting Team Lead to support the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across the organization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and research to understand business problems, market trends, and best practices, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Assist in developing data-driven recommendations and solutions to address business challenges, leveraging analytical tools and methodologies as needed.
• Support the implementation of recommended solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations, to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to key stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consulting and related fields, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing.
Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power Bi, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other analytical tools/software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Two to three years experience in an Analytical or Supply Chain environment

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday ~ Friday
Salary Range: $80,200 ~ $107,100
