About this role
Execute targeted sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand ideal candidate profiles. You will proactively identify and engage passive talent through diverse channels - including social media, job boards, and internal databases - while conducting initial outreach to generate interest, screening candidates for fit, and ensuring a seamless hand-off to the recruiting team.
