About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
• OBL distribution and documentation management
• Communication with forwarders and payment processing for ocean freight and handling charges
• Vendor statement review and payment processing
• Sharing arrival schedules for produce containers (including air shipments) with the Produce Team
• Produce import file updates and coordination with the Produce Team
• Weight & Measure License renewal
• Fishery License renewal
• Coordination of scale inspections for new stores and processing Scale Device Permits Applications
Qualifications / Skills:
• Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both languages to coordinate with forwarders, vendors, and internal teams
• Prior experience in customs clearance, logistics, or administrative compliance is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Strong attention to detail for managing licenses (Weight & Measure, Fishery) and permit applications
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication style for external vendor and agency coordination

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
