About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation
• Conduct on-site visits to assess and evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects
• Identify the required types of materials/products and perform precise quantity calculations for procurement process
• Scrutinize and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets
• Skillfully prepare construction bidding packages
• Process project-related payments, encompassing outsourced professional services and general contractors
• Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail
• Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings
Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
• Eligibility for legal employment in the US
• Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
• Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Pay range:
• $75k-90k per year

• MON-FRI, 8:00am to 5:00pm
