About this role
Machine Operator:
responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Perform pre-operational checks on forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks to ensure safe operation.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to Warehouse Operators.
• Safely operate material handling equipment following company safety guidelines.
• Unload materials from trucks and move palletized goods to designated staging or storage areas.
• Scan and verify pallet license plates and storage locations using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Store and organize materials efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
• Load prepared pallets onto trucks and move same-day shipping pallets to the loading dock as directed.
• Consolidate pallets for the same destination before loading.
• Inspect pallets and incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling and proper care of palletized goods.
• Keep the workspace and loading dock clean, including pre- and post-shift housekeeping.
Material Handler :
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Pick products using scanners and voice equipment according to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to retrieve items from multiple warehouse levels.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Unload containers and trucks using conveyors, wrapping turntables, and appropriate equipment.
• Store products in designated locations and attach pallet license plates before storage.
• Organize and replenish racks based on Warehouse Operators' instructions.
• Consolidate pallets with identical products and expiration dates when required.
• Move and relocate pallets to optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and monitor stock levels.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or quality issues.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, labeling accuracy, and compliance with shipping standards.
• Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report malfunctions to Warehouse Operators.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, containers, and surrounding spaces before and after shifts.
• Follow proper handling procedures for frozen, refrigerated, and dry products.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, including items weighing up to 50+ lbs.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with internet usage and Microsoft Office products.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean/English or Spanish is a plus.
• Pallet jack use, Forklift operation skills are preferred.

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50
Shift Hours:
• Dawn: 3AM - 12PM
• Morning: 7AM - 4PM
• Afternoon: 1PM - 10PM
