The Manager will support all aspects of the land development lifecycle, with a focus on entitlement, mixed-use planning, infrastructure planning, and execution. This individual will play a key role in guiding projects through municipal approvals, supporting acquisition due diligence, and coordinating across internal teams and consultants to deliver high-quality, well-executed commercial and industrial developments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in land development, planning, or civil engineering, with a proven ability to manage complex processes, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
