We are hiring for a Full-Time Bilingual Family Navigator in our Parents as Teachers Program! This position is responsible for supporting parents and their children, preventing out-of-home placement or current placement disruption. Depending on assigned role, utilizes the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework and a variety of evidence-based practices to help families navigate the resources needed to become healthy, stable and safe. This position is offering a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. this position has a starting wage range of $23.00-$24.15 per hour. Accepting applications until 06/30/2026.
