About this role
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist 2 in our Information Technology Department! Under intermittent supervision, this journey-tech level position is responsible for completing or appropriately escalating IT Service Desk tickets in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upkeep of all endpoint devices and peripherals, "hardware based" systems, voice systems, and basic network connectivity. This position offers a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position has a starting wage range of $27.00-$28.35 per hour. Accepting applications until 07/06/2026.
