With 36 facilities worldwide, Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is the largest network of bio/pharmaceutical GMP product testing laboratories providing comprehensive laboratory services for the world's largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies.

BPT is enabled by global engineering teams working on next-generation applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). As an Azure DevOps Lead, you will drive automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence for Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT). You will collaborate with global teams, mentor engineers, and ensure production readiness for critical applications and platforms

This role reports to a Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead collaboration with global DevOps, SRE, and development teams to define and enforce CI/CD standards.Design, implement, and optimize complex build and release pipelines across multiple environments.Own release governance, deployment planning, and production readiness.Mentor junior DevOps engineers and developers on CI/CD best practices, branching, and promotion strategies.Proactively identify process improvements and implement automation to enhance operational efficiency.Document CI/CD solutions, code management policies, and pipeline guidelines.Monitor operational metrics and take corrective actions to ensure reliability and performance.Required Skills:

Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or Terraform.Strong knowledge of source code management, branching strategies, code merges, promotion strategies, and NuGet.Experience in monitoring, logging, and pipeline analytics for continuous improvement.Ability to guide multiple teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration and management.Proven expertise in Blue-Green Deployment strategies for zero-downtime releases.Automation of environment spin up and spin down, including scripting and infrastructure provisioning.Preferred Skills:

Experience creating build/release scripts in YAML, CAKE, or PowerShell.Deployments across multiple Azure regions and subscriptions.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, OpenResty, or similar technologies.Technical Stack:

Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Artifacts, Git Repos), PowerShell and C# scripting..NET Framework, App Service Plans, App Services, Azure Functions, C#, SQL scripts.Infrastructure as Code: Bicep, Terraform.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.Minimum 7 years in DevOps with at least 4 years in Microsoft technology stack.What We Offer

This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
