About this role
We're seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive process improvements, increase operational efficiency, and support manufacturing excellence in our Tulsa facility. In this role, you'll analyze production processes, develop standard work and process documentation, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support new product launches. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5–10 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, CAD software, and automotive or IATF 16949 environments is highly preferred.
