About this role
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for providing a focus of all aspects of daily operations for the general food operation and Central Warehouse departments, ensuring that park values and daily goals are achieved. The role is highly engaged in making sure the operation is serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure that all aspects of guest services and location operations are being met and properly managed by COS & Purchasing, and Food and Beverage administrative staff. All actions delivered in a manner consistent with the mission, values, operating philosophies and standards of Wild Adventures.
