About this role
Entertainment Ambassador will serve as a representative for all Entertainment duties and responsibilities – outside of specific roles/performances that require specialized casting. Ambassadors are responsible for greeting, seating, and engaging our guests in conversation and answering questions, as well as providing a safe and clean environment before, during and after each performance. Ambassadors are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their venue area/location in both guest view and back-of-house areas. Ambassadors are required to be consistently upbeat and approachable, both in and out of costume. Working outdoors in all weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks is essential.
