About this role
Park Grounds Area Supervisors are trained operators who assist the Park Services Operations manager in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of an area(s), as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their area(s) in both guest view and back areas while providing excellent Guest Service. Park Grounds Area Supervisors direct and oversee the activities of team members assigned to their area. They also train, motivate, and discipline assigned team members. Park Services Area Supervisors work outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks. This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations. Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.
