About this role
This role exists to provide Dollywood’s Entertainment Department with a high level of entertainment technicians who work in guest view to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of entertainment lighting, sound, and video systems within the Dolly Parton Experience which spans across multiple facilities. Dolly Parton Experience Technicians will also oversee A/V control systems software. Technicians filling this position will deliver excellence to the Dolly Parton Experience through unparalleled attention to detail, theater-like etiquette, and professionalism. This position is demanding and is also essential for exemplary quality and for elevated guest experiences for Dollywood Parks and Resorts.
