IT Staffing Senior Recruiter India (Chennai)- Remote / Onsite Full-time Position
• Full-Life Cycle recruitment. Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills. • Works with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process. • Ensure client-specific compliance and follow the submission process. • Preferred experience recruiting in the State, Federal, Commercial contract space. • Supports proposal efforts with our Proposal team. • Target-oriented and able to handle surge recruitment
Requirements: • Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for federal agencies, working for clients. • Demonstrated knowledge of using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media. • Strong knowledge of immigration law. • Experience working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. • Experience with a high volume of requirements is required.
