About this role
The purpose of the Room Attendant is to attend to the cleaning process of guest rooms to insure guests experience a clean room. This role exists to provide the Resort with a wide variety of housekeeping duties while adhering to very high standards for overall cleanliness and appearance of the Resort rooms to optimize Guest satisfaction. This is to be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company.
