About this role
The IT Operations Engineer I role is to support the stable operation of the operational region’s network and end-user devices. This includes assisting in planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. IT Operations Engineer I’s/ will also diagnose, resolve, and document all hardware, software, and network issues, and provide end-user training and support where required.
