The Plant Manager for our Withee Wisconsin extrusion facility is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations in support of the overall goals and objectives for the Thermal Solutions Segment (TSS). This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. The Plant Manager will strive towards a culture of proactive safety and as a leader, build a culture of integrity and openness while exemplifying the highest standard of conduct and ethical behavior.
