About this role
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of payroll processing across a group of companies using the UKG payroll system. They will oversee the daily processing of payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence. They will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues, strengthen internal controls, and ensure all payroll activities align with federal, state, and company regulations. The ideal candidate is analytical and detail-oriented, with experience managing multi-state and Canadian payroll, along with a strong understanding of payroll operations and wage and hour regulations. This role will be based out of our Warrenville Office.
