This is a residential service and repair position serving homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area. Every day is different, every home presents new challenges, and every call is an opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
• Diagnose residential electrical issues
• Repair and replace electrical components and systems
• Install panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, EV chargers, surge protection, and other residential electrical equipment
• Perform electrical safety evaluations
• Educate homeowners on repair and upgrade options
• Complete service documentation using company-provided technology
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Professional communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
