About this role
The Patient Service Representative provides the first point of contact with patients as they enter the office or via telephone. They will greet all patients, vendors, office personnel, or telephone calls with a warm welcome. Prepare necessary forms, and collect completed forms, orders medical record charts, prepares for appointments, and adds appropriate forms to patient charts. Verify and update patient data, schedule appointments, perform various clerical duties such as answering telephones, recording messages, preparing physician schedules, copying materials, typing forms, and filing records.
