HCRS is seeking professionals to join our Emergency Services team as per diem Crisis Intervention Specialists! This position involves working available 8 hour shifts, mostly weeknights, overnights, and weekend. Above average compensation! Crisis Intervention Specialists complete mental health crisis assessments in various community settings (hospital ER’s, homes, schools, police stations, etc.) and make recommendations and referrals for assessed needs. We are looking for people to cover some scheduled shifts, but also covering as needed. Bachelor’s or 4 years of relevant experience is required, Master’s degree preferred and QMHP desired. Per diem crisis rates are below, plus go-out fee of $122.40: 7a-3p will be $100 8a-4p will be $100 3p-11p will be $150 11p-7a will be $100
