About this role
HCRS seeks to hire a highly engaging, organized, and welcoming person to add to our team at our Hartford office. Candidates should be highly flexible, self-motivated, and be attentive to individuals and families experiencing significant challenges in their lives. The Access Navigator accepts all referrals from people seeking services and either guides them into services at HCRS or directs them towards services elsewhere when appropriate. They collaborate closely with multiple providers at HCRS across divisions. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in mental health/developmental services. The pay for this position is between $23-27 per hour.
