The Alternatives Program of HCRS has a very flexible position for a candidate who is available to work days, evenings, overnights or weekends. Alternatives is a community crisis bed program set in a residential, home like environment. Residential Specialists provide daily support for individuals needing stabilization, social and emotional connection or crisis intervention. Do you have some time, energy and need for additional income? Consider joining our dynamic team. Mental health experience helpful. High school diploma/equivalent required. The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
