Full time 1st shift position is currently available in Springfield. Alternatives is a community crisis bed program set in a residential, home like environment. Residential Specialists provide daily support for individuals needing stabilization, social and emotional connection or crisis intervention. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with an interest/experience in working with people in recovery from mental health diagnoses. Applicants with relevant bachelor's degree and /or residential mental health experience preferred. The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
