About this role
Unique DSP position available to provide therapeutic and person-centered direct support to a young man in his home and community. Our ideal candidate will be adept at setting clear and professional boundaries respectfully while still being able to develop and maintain a professional helping relationship. The right candidate will possess strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to utilize critical thinking skills and composure during challenging situations. Required knowledge/skills include strong communication and neutral writing skills, ability to meet people where they are at and employ excellent judgement and decision-making, and experience working with individuals with co-occurring autism and mental health challenges. The pay for this position is $22-$25 per hour.
