Country View Family Farms (CVFF), an affiliate of Clemens Food Group, is seeking an experienced Sow Farm Manager to lead a 5,000-head sow production unit. Reporting directly to the Regional Production Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving production performance, ensuring animal welfare, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance, leading and developing a team of 16–20 employees, and partnering with Human Resources on hiring, staffing, employee development, and performance management. The Sow Farm Manager will help drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across the farm.
