About this role
In this role, you will be the Nursery Finishing Supervisor, responsible for the oversight and support of our contracted growers. You will report to the Manager of Nursery Finishing and will be a hands-on leader overseeing animal welfare, biosecurity, PVP compliance, and quality assurance. You will lead with a focus on efficiency, superior service and support to foster development of strong relationships with our contracted growers.
