About this role
The Rendering Supervisor leads shift operations in a specialty rendering department within an integrated pork-processing facility. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently converting pork by-products into rendered fats, grease, and protein ingredients for downstream use while meeting production, quality, sanitation, compliance, and cost expectations. The supervisor leads hourly team members, coordinates with maintenance and partner departments, and owns process execution from incoming material through finished-product storage and loadout.
