About this role
Lead Security Officer will lead security officers in maintaining security and safety of people and property. Assist supervisor when necessary and manage emergencies as they arise. Train other security officers in the performance of duties. • Have a high level of skill in customer service with the ability to project a demeanor that is professional, positive, courteous, and helpful. • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be self-motivated and a self-starter, and be able to work well in a team environment. • Detail oriented, focused, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Full comprehension and ability to perform all security officer duties • Full comprehension of Emergency Action Plans/Emergency Response Plans (EAPs/ERPs)
