Financial Coaches are the back-bone to Hanscom FCU’s member engagement and experience strategy. A Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of their assigned branch, ensuring excellent member service, quality financial coaching, operational efficiency, and adherence to financial regulations. They lead and develop a team of employees, drive business growth through strategic community engagement, and promote the credit union's products and services. Responsibilities include managing branch performance, maintaining compliance, resolving member issues, and fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
