Do you have a talent for making the right “matches” wherever you go As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our ability to attract, assess and recruit the right talent for our hotels and restaurants. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the positions assigned to you, from candidate sourcing to selection and hiring manager support. You will also contribute to a more proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition by analyzing workforce needs, developing pools of qualified candidates and proposing attraction strategies adapted to the realities of our hotels and restaurants.
