YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with full ownership of the French payroll
You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
You prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations
You identify and lead process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations
You provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring 3+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
Education You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)
Compliance You have a deep understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social contributions in France
Language You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Soft Skills You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally in an international environment
