About this role
We are looking for an Agent Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) - French speaker to join our Team Orange in Lisbon! Ideally, you have gained several years of professional experience as an accountant, but also juniors with a commercial background (e.g. office clerk, tax clerk, paralegal or bank clerk) and a fundamental understanding of numbers are welcome. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You are responsible for the handling of the outstanding balance for our corporate customers You are in charge of general customer communication and reminders (by telephone, e-mail and post)You are responsible for the reconciliation and clarification of customer accountsYou liaise with our internal/external partners and service providersYou negotiate installment plans, and handle debt collectionYou optimize our existing processes if needed YOUR SKILLS MATTER
You have successfully completed higher education with a commercial background and gained first experiences in a comparable role or you have several years of professional experience in a comparable positionYou love numbers and you have an analytical mindsetYou posses excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departmentsYou have a very good command of French and English or French and GermanYou are confident in using MS-Office ExcelYou work efficiently, thoroughly and independentlyWHAT WE OFFER
