We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our close‑knit and growing team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with regular on‑site presence at our Etobicoke office and the flexibility to work from home a few days per week. Reporting to the Manager, Client Experience & Development, the Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients in partnership with the Account Executive and the Underwriting and Group Benefits Specialist.
