YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You lead the implementation of strategic improvements in repair and maintenance processesYou coordinate all project activities in a comprehensive project plan, collaborating with external consultantsYou manage internal and external resources, including country repair teams and product teams, to ensure successful executionYou standardize damage classification, evaluation and repair decision making, ensuring consistent repair standards across all locationsYou drive the optimization of repair processes from repair decision making to repair commissioning, order tracking and quality controlYou oversee the rollout of automated repair solutions and integration of external repair platformsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Education You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related fieldExperience You have extensive experience in project management within the automotive or fleet management sectorTools/Systems You are skilled in using repair relevant tools, systems and other technological solutions from damage detection (e.g. FNOL, Foto AI, etc.) over damage assessment (e.g. appraisal systems like Audatex, DAT, GT Motive, etc.) to repair commissioning software (e.g. Fixico, Autorola, Gateway, Qapter, etc.)Skills You excel in planning, monitoring, and adapting complex projects to achieve strategic goals, possess strong analytical and leadership skills to identify improvement opportunities and lead teams effectivelyLanguages: You are fluent in German and English, with additional European languages as a plusWHAT WE OFFER
