About this role
As the Director of FP&A you will play a critical role in defining the financial strategy for Grocery Outlet through partnership with key business leaders. You will be the Finance partner for critical business areas and drive improved financial outcomes by providing strategic financial insights. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for respective areas, while analyzing product margins, sales performance, working capital and ROI on commercial initiatives. You will work with business leaders to help improve processes, drive efficiency and make optimal decisions. You will leverage your finance background, strong analytical and modeling skills, and understanding of retail business to provide financial analysis and support important strategic initiatives.
