About this role
The RFC Asset Protection Manager is a key leadership role responsible for building and site maintenance, reliability, safety, security and asset protection processes and initiatives across our network of Regional Distribution Centers. This position ensures that our buildings and critical infrastructure operate safely and reliably and keeps our team, visitors and brand safe and secure. You will be supporting profitable sales in our stores by mitigating shortage risks coming out of our facilities and investigating, preventing and resolving theft and fraud to ensure products are available for our guests. You will influence standards, create accountability, and partner closely with DC site operations teams to maintain safe, compliant, and cost-effective environments across all locations.
