About this role
As the Senior Director, Enterprise Transformation, you will play a critical leadership role in building and driving Grocery Outlet’s Transformation Office. You will help translate the company’s 3-year strategic plan into a portfolio of prioritized transformation initiatives and enterprise workstreams. In this role, you will help define which initiatives are managed through the Transformation Office, establish the operating structure and governance needed to support execution, and drive measurable business outcomes across cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly execution-oriented leadership role focused on converting strategy into delivered impact.
