Position Summary: The Per Diem Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling caregivers to ensure adequate coverage across departments. This role supports daily staffing operations by filling open shifts, communicating with caregivers, and maintaining staffing records to ensure safe and efficient staffing levels. Work Schedule: Per diem / as-needed schedule May include evenings, weekends, holidays, or last-minute shift coverage depending on staffing needs.
