About this role
As the Director of Product Management, you will define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across core merchandising, buying, procurement, and inventory management capabilities. You will drive a domain-led product operating model and partner closely with business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes across merchandising operations, vendor management, purchasing, and inventory optimization. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Enterprise Architecture, and PMO teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. A key focus of this role is leading SAP MM-centric product capabilities and evolving the enterprise merchandising and buying ecosystem to support business growth and operational excellence.
