About this role
As the VP, Sales & Merchandising you will serve as the senior business leader for Grocery Outlet’s East Coast region, responsible for driving sales, merchandising, operational execution, and market performance. You will lead and develop your team and ensure they are effectively supporting Independent Operators in improving store performance, profitability, merchandising standards, and execution. You will operate with the scope and influence of a regional General Manager, translating enterprise strategy into a clear execution plan. You will work cross-functionally with key partners to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive operational excellence.
