About this role
This role accountable for optimizing the performance of our Government Agency Partners, ensuring excellence in standards, key terminal processes, and seamless passenger flows through agency spaces. This position involves establishing and maintaining strong operational relationships with local Government Agency teams, while diligently monitoring KPIs and SLAs. You will also collaborate extensively with internal teams overseeing Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) and Agency Relationships, and work directly with Government Agencies on introducing or amending policies, regulations, and programs that impact operations, including developing crucial mitigation plans for construction impacts from major projects like LIFT and large significant events.
