SIXT is hiring German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support our customers across Germany — remotely from anywhere in Spain. Bring your German and/or English skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people. As the first point of contact in breakdown situations, you’ll provide fast, reliable support by phone and email, working closely with our Rostock team. YOUR ROLE Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone. Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services). Organize replacement vehicles. Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program. Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
